2Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the kga99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. kga99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kga99 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age at any point will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
• You must register only one account per person. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's name, or any other identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all associated balances being forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether applied directly through your kga99 account settings or communicated to kga99 support. If you are aware that you are subject to a self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open or access a kga99 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it updated throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not use the kga99 platform if doing so would violate any law or regulation applicable to you in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful under applicable local law.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money betting and casino features on kga99, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number and a chosen password. kga99 may at its discretion require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests.

• Each player may hold only one registered account. kga99 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kga99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

• kga99 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account without giving reasons in cases where, in kga99's reasonable judgment, permitting or continuing the account relationship would be contrary to applicable law, the safety of the platform, or the interests of other users.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the kga99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kga99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Dutch-Bangla Bank) may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kga99 reserves the right to set or adjust minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at any time and may apply different limits to different payment methods, account types, or verification tiers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same BDT mobile banking account used to make the most recent deposit on the account. kga99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, international accounts, or payment methods not previously used to deposit.
• kga99 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification. Where a withdrawal request triggers an enhanced due diligence review, kga99 may request additional documentation including source-of-funds evidence. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval but may take longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Funds deposited into a kga99 account must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Depositing funds without using them for gambling activity, for the purpose of exploiting payment processing, withdrawal processes, or any other aspect of the platform's financial infrastructure, is a material breach of these Terms.
• kga99 is not a bank and does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme. Players should only deposit funds they are willing to use for the purpose of entertainment via the platform.

In the event that kga99 suspects that a deposit has been made using a payment method to which the depositor is not the authorised account holder, or that a payment has been made fraudulently, kga99 reserves the right to withhold all associated balances and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kga99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as to the general T&C set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the bonus-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. Until the wagering requirement for a bonus has been fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued to a single account per eligible player. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to eligible game titles only as specified in the bonus terms. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• kga99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, free spins, or associated winnings from a player account where there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or in violation of these Terms.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the kga99 platform are final once confirmed. • In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during a game round or live betting event, kga99 reserves the right to declare the affected round or event void and return any associated stakes to the player's account. • Odds for sports betting markets are set by kga99 and may change at any time up until the market is suspended at the start of an event. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system.
• kga99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake permitted on any single bet, market, game round, or combination of bets for any player at any time, and without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

7Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits allow players to set a maximum BDT amount that may be deposited within a specified rolling time period (daily, weekly, or monthly). 8Account Suspension and Termination

Unauthorised use of the Content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kga99 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. kga99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11Privacy and Data Protection

12Amendments to These Terms
